wah lao .. the cher suddenly say the survey starts at 2.15 ..

den jiu no choice .. got one hour free ..

abt 2.15, we went up to com lab n did our survey ..

the survey so long ..

at first the badminton was cancelled but ltr said have le ..

do physical training !

anyway, finished the survey b4 chen n yan they all ..

waited for chen ..

went down to take my bag den jiu went for training ..

omg ! heard tat they were running 2.4 km ..

wah .. den i no choice jiu run ..

at first run wif zhi xiong .. but after awhile jiu cant keep up wif him le ..

ran alone awhile den ltr saw rai shun oso alone so jiu ran wif her ..

we cheated at the third round BUT we got ran another round .. so not counted as cheat .. hahs ..

den after tat jiu do the normal training at teh side of the field ..

wah, so windy thr .. how i wish every training oso thr ..

hahs ..

today nv do warm-up jiu do the training le ..

leg got CRAMPED !!

wah .. nv had cramped until like this lo .. so painful .. first time ..

anyway, today all moody moody de ..

coach said de ..

hmmm, the training ended at 4.30 pm ..

so early ..

den jiu went home after tat ..

went home slept awhile den went to bathe den go online cos of vincent ..

said he changed his blog so went to see it ..

not bad la .. his blog .. haha ..
