AS REQUESTED FROM SOMEONE, I SHALL DO A POST ABOUT BADMINTON:) **SORRY FOR USING CAPITAL LETTERS BECAUSE IM USING MY PHONE TO BLOG AND I CANT SEEM TO TYPE IN NORMAL SIZE. HMM.. I WONDER WHY... ;(**



WELL, I GUESS THIS IS GONNA BE A SHORT POST?.. HAHA:) LET'S SEE WHAT CAN I WRITE ABOUT THE TOPIC GIVEN... I LIKE BADMINTON BECAUSE IT HELPS ME TO MAINTAIN MY WEIGHT! HAHA. AS IN, I STARTED PLAYING BADMINTON SINCE I WAS IN PRIMARY SCHOOL AND TRAINING WAS TWICE/THRICE A WEEK AND THAT, I REALISED MY WEIGHT WAS REDUCING SLOWLY. OF COURSE NOT THAT MUCH BUT STILL, I CAN SEE THE DIFFERENCE! BEFORE AND AFTER :) HAHA. AND ASLO, I HAVE NO REASON FOR NOT EXERCISING ANYMORE :) HEALTHY LIFESTYLE ISNT IT? :) HAHA.



WHAT MAKES ME LOVE BADMINTON EVEN MORE IS WHEN MY PRIMARY SCHOOL COACH GAVE ME A CHANCE TO REPRESENT MY SCHOOL FOR TOURNAMENTS (EG. EAST-ZONE COMPETITIONS). WELL, THOUGH I MAY NOT BRING MY SCHOOL PROUD, IT WAS THE EXPERIENCE I'VE GAINED THAT MATTERS MOST, RIGHT? :) YUP! I WITNESSED GREAT MATCHES AND IT MOTIVATES ME TO BE LIKE THEM IN FUTURE! IT WAS ONE OF THE REASONS WHY I LIKE BADMINTON SO MUCH:)



AND.. I REALLY LEARNT A LOT A LOT THROUGH THIS SPORT. BE IT THE TACTICS OR JUDGEMENT. **IM NOT VERY GOOD THOUGH** HAHAHA :) THIS PASSION OF MINE WILL NEVER DIE :) BADMINTON FTW~ HAHAHA :D
